This is particularly common with goods that are made to look vintage, dated and refurbished. This process may cause slight variations of colour than the product advertised. On certain finishes there may be colour shade variations, and the blemishes and distressed/used/shabby/refurbished/vintage/aged look are a unique characteristic of an intentional and required material finishing process and not a defect or weakness. Most of these goods are individually finished and therefore there will be some slight differences between batches. Some goods are hand finished to look distressed.Distressing will vary from one item to another and is a unique design feature and not a defect. Due to limitations of colour rendition in print and on electronic displays there may be slight colour variations between images you see and the items they represent. Images displayed on our page are advertised as close as possible to the main colour shade. Variations between like colour shades may occur in all products and you are advised if uncertain to request a colour swatch where possible before ordering. All natural materials are affected by sunlight, temperature and humidity and changes may occur and are considered normal. We cannot accept any responsibility for fading or discolouration, due to exposure to direct or indirect sunlight.

This DOES NOT apply to faulty and damaged products which will be collected free of charge and then be inspected by our quality control team upon return receipt to check for manufacturing and or deliberate negligence of use. If it's our fault and you have received the wrong item(s) we will arrange collection free of charge and make the necessary arrangements for the correct item to be delivered as a priority. For this reason we always advise that you try them on their beds with the packaging on them first, and only remove the packaging when you are satisfied you are happy with the mattress. Important Not providing the full information requested will result in delays with processing your query. Should the you receive any goods that have parts missing or require parts replacing then this needs to be reported to us within 7 days of the receipt.You must provide photographs to support the claim to show the packaging remains intact i. Courier damage has not caused the parts to be lost.
Items received with damaged parts. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our products are packaged securely damage can occasionally occur during the distribution process. To ensure the correct replacement part is selected we require a description of the fault. We also require photographs clearly showing the damage in all cases.We take great care to ensure that all products are manufactured by our suppliers are to the highest levels and that the quality is regulated to meet Industry approved standards. In the unlikely circumstance that the product is delivered in a faulty condition it is our commitment that a replacement product or part will be delivered free of charge to rectify the problem. To ensure the issue is dealt with effectively we will require a full description of the fault (see examples below) supplemented by photographs clearly detailing the fault in all cases in addition to contact and product details.
The horizontal frame rails (part 6, quantity 3) are all too short possibly for a double bed. The front edge of right side panel (part D) is not finished. We will carefully review each faulty product report but will reserve the right to reject claims where the damages have been inflicted by the consumer either accidentally or otherwise. Dispatch times vary for parts but as a guide, a small part like a fixing pack, feet, handles, drawer front may take 2-3 days to arrive with you.Larger parts like side panels, side rails, headboard can sometimes take up to 5-7 days to arrive with you.
